Full buffet of porridge, muesli, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, toast.with Tea or Coffee. The cafe will reopen after the dawn service, continuing the buffet until approx 8.30, when the normal brunch & lunch menu will be available. The Cafe & Restaurant& Bar (upstairs) will be open all day apart from the time of the service on the dam (and start of the race).

Supporters activities – A Garage sale/Market Day will be held on the green by the shop from 11.00am. The RSA have given their blessing. A donation for the RSA will be collected from each stall holder.

During the week prior to the race we ensure there is plenty of pasta available on the menu for the carbo loaders.
